Needed documents for new to CCSD students- Student Transcripts (including previous school's contact information)
- Special Education Students with an IEP
- Please clarify if your student receives IEP services when registering to ensure proper program placement.
- Provide a copy of student IEP.
Elementary: Important Things to Know
- Elementary students are REQUIRED to have a learning coach by their side each day to optimize student success and needs. (This is the parent/guardian responsibility to provide to their students)
- Elementary students are REQUIRED to virtually attend whole group days on: Monday, Wednesday, Friday to earn attendance and participation for each subject.
- Elementary students have small group days as assigned on: Tuesday and Thursday
- *Students must attend their assigned small group time with teachers on these days to earn attendance and participation for each subject.
Middle/HighSchool: Important Things to Know- Secondary students are REQUIRED to virtually attend whole group days on: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday to earn attendance and participation for each class.
- Secondary students have small group days by invitation on: Monday and Friday to earn attendance and participation for each class.
- *Students must attend their assigned small group time with teachers on these days to earn attendance and participation for each class.
